Keyless entry not working with factory code
All of a sudden I can't open my door with the factory code or my code on the door anymore. I can lock the door just pressing the 9/0 button where as I use to have to hit the 7/8 9/0 buttons together to lock. Any info out there?

I'm having same issue on my 2012? I can't even enter the primary code
Press each key one at a time and see if all the keys light up when each is pressed, you will have to wait a few secs between buttons for the back lights to go out, if all of them light then I got nothing, if any of them fail to light the whole pad when depressed you have a bad key pad.

More than likely the key pad is bad but one question I have, are there any kids around that like pushing buttons?
The keyless entry keypad has an anti-scan feature to help prevent theft. If a valid 5-digit code is not entered within 7 attempts (35 consecutive button presses), the keyless entry keypad goes into anti-scan. In anti-scan mode, the keypad illumination flashes and all input is ignored except for pressing the 7/8 and 9/0 buttons, which will lock all doors.
Next step is to scan the system for codes and follow some pinpoint tests, it's either the key pad, the body control module or wiring between the two. If still under warranty take it in because it starts getting expensive just running the tests.

Hello All,
New here, was just reading info on door keypads here.
It turns out that a thief may have the master code to my 2015 Super Duty Door Keypad.
I never use it, so not really interested in a new BCM. If FORScan works to turn it off as listed in this thread:
"So is this what disables the door keypads? 726-37-01x*xxxxxxxxxx Keypad Enable Cfg: 0=disabled, 1=enabled
yes"
I maybe could go that route, but I don't have a FORScan or the knowhow.
One option I was considering is getting to the connector of the keypad and disconnecting it. But I can't seem to find any information as to how to access the back of the keypad. I read that they just pop off. I taped off the door around the keypad and tried to pry it up with a trim/panel removal tool with no luck. I don't want to damage it.
Does anyone know if this is actually correct or can it be accessed by removing the interior door panel?
Thank you,
H82quit
