Going to the dealership is a great first step. What's the model year and current mileage on your truck, meaz93? I'll explore additional options.

I don't think it's any big deal, but it is an aggravating sound.. almost 20k on her. 2014 XLT 4X4 Boost. Have an appointment for Wed. No worries as I like my service guy at Berge Ford in Mesa, AZ. It seems to be coming from the behind the back seat on my Screw? Weird. Truck is tight beyond that. I recorded the sound , so I'll bring that into Joey. Thank you for checking.

Update. Their was in fact a cable that had wiggled free from the sliding rear window actuator mechanism behind the rear seat , thus making a tapping noise. This noise started on Feb. 28th. I made sure to tape record the noise and present it to the tech.....because for two days prior to taking it in - No Noise!? They looked at the video/audio which led them to pursue the issue. Berg Ford was great! Tech zip lined all wires and cables behind the rear Screw seat area. They also unlatched the rear seat so I could modify the brackets for future use. :thumbsup
