I did the pillow stuffing trick and it did make a noticeable difference I thought...cheap and easy to try before changing out the whole system!

Indeed. First time in my new '14 today and listening to my usual playlist it all sounds ok actually. I'll wait a week and see if it holds up under scrutiny before I stuff the pillow in the box.

Congrats on your gorgeous new truck! As for the sub thing, mine came with all kicker speakers and 10" sub. Sounds freaking awesome! I recommend that system if you want to spend the money.

Werd! I assume the dealership put it in? That's pretty cool. How much did they tag onto the sticker price?
