was changing fluid and filter on my C6 trans and noticed what looked like a snap ring the size of a quarter in my pan!! any ideas what part of the trans it came from? pulled a TCS "drivetrain disassembled (typical)" picture and it shows
a total of 3 snap rings, the smallest on the reverse-high clutch--if it is that snap ring-do i pull the trans to replace the ring or can i do it before i install the new filter and new fluid? Any solution will be greatly appreciated!!!
