Default Jump Seat Question

What's up everyone? I have a 2010 XLT SCrew, and I got a question about the jump seat. I am definitely enjoying it, and all that. I'm just wandering if there is a way to change it's mounted position so it sits further back.

I dunno if I would have to drill holes, and then reinstall the jump seat, or if what I want to do is even possible, but I'd sure like to try. The reason is I's like to be able to offer more leg room for the passenger who uses the jump seat, as well as more storage space, when nobody is sitting there.

If anybody has any info or recommendations, I would very much like to hear whatever you got. Thanks
