Hello any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I did an auto agent tune on my 2020 f150 3.0 and adjusted the tire sizes and now I have the wrench and airbag light of doom. tuner said to get the for scan and put the tire size back to stock. Ive tried stock size and every size in-between and still get the lights on the dash. Ive also tried the bcm and Tcm relearn to no avail. Im at a loss and really just want these damn lights to go away even if my speedo isn't exactly correct.

 

Your speedo will never be exactly correct, it's best just left alone. Somewhere within 3-5 mph is the best you can hope for even with stock tires. Tires get smaller as they wear down and your speedo and odometer are changing all along. By the time your tires are worn out they are at least one size smaller than when new.

 

Found the axle ratio some how was reading 0.000 using FORScan. Got the wrench to go away but still have the airbag light on

 

Are you getting a code for the air bag?

might be two unrelated issues. I used forscan to adjust my tire size and had to do the reset for the light afterwards but never got an airbag light.

also, my digital speedo matches 2 different gps app speeds perfectly…not sure why people suggest to leave it alone…5mph is a pretty decent amount in my opinion but to each their own

 

Looks like im getting a u2300:64-8b signal plausibilty failure. in the rcm module

 

Ok I got it figured out. had to load factory ab file to bdcm then relearn process and poof light gone. went through the process of tire size change and relearn and light is still off. Must of been some line of code that was off using my ezlink auto agent tuner vs forscan. who knows what line it was but everything is all good now thanks for the help.
