Interesting list and thanks for posting. I have managed to reprogram some of the modules on my BMW 330i and they are all very cryptic. At least Fords are in English!

got it done today, no problem - told the service guy it was a selection on the BCM
got it done at the same time they changed the tire size for me and also activated the remote start I installed .. so all told they charged an hour labor which seemed fair to me
glad I won't spotlight myself now getting out of the truck - dark out here in the desert, and i'd like to keep it that way!
