Intake Manifold Runner Control
Hello F150 enthusiats,
New to owning a F150 ( 2005 Lariat 4x4 super crew). Was reading a lot about the IMRC control and it was quite intriguing, especially the threads with F150torqued doing his investigation of the IMRC control system. Not sure if F150torqued is still around. I am having a P2004 DTC code and was curious if anyone new if F150torqued or anyone else ever determined how the system knows that Bank 1 or 2 is stuck open or closed? (dont recal reading anyting related to this). Also how could one bank be stuck and not the other bank since they move in unison with each other? ( unless one of the linkage rods became disconnected) Any input would be appreciated.
