Installing auto dim mirror
I bought an auto-dim rearview mirror from a Taurus and want to replace my manual mirror with it. My question is, can I splice into the power of my compass box that sits behind the mirror? I haven't received the mirror yet but assume it will have a connector on it that I will have to cut off since I don't currently have an auto-dim mirror. Any help? Thanks!
