Default inspection sticker

So my truck has torsion bars cranked 35's tinted tails, lights where the rear license plate should be, and the plate on my tail gate with no lights to illuminate at night. Basically i shouldn't get a sticker. i went to the station and the guy asks me "are you from the registry?" im like nope and if anyone asks i did this after my inspection. he gave me my sticker! another year to go thank god.

Kinda hard to follow but I got the jist. Congrats on finding a shady dude. Gotta love them sometimes. I had a 91 Eclipse GSX with a full 3" turbo back exhaust with no emissions other than a Magnaflow muffler on the end and no headlight since I removed it for a direct turbo inlet. My buddy sent me to a dude who just looked at the tires for tread, checked brake lights and made sure that my brakes actually stopped my car and threw me a sticker. He threw me a sticker and I threw him $20.

Had a guy I went to school that worked at a chebby dealership. He inspected my Trans Am for 5 years before he asked me to bring it by so he could actually see it. I raced it in the quarter mile at the local drag strip so it didn't get drove on the road much. It was a little much for the streets.
