I have a 2020 F150 Lariat, my problem is when I start the truck my infotainment screen always defaults to a local radio station on FM even though it was on Sirius when switched off. It doesn't matter how long the ignition is off it always does the same.
At the same time this screen always comes up and no matter what I try in the setting it's always there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which Sync version are you running?

 

Sync 2 I attempted to upgrade to 3 but it didn't work

 

Pretty sure a 2020 would've had Sync 3 on it already. @Tango 68 you can try doing the update using Cyanlabs.

There's no way you're running Sync 2, more likely Sync 3.0.
