Impact wrench
I’m looking for recommendations for a battery operated impact gun. I’m looking for one that can break lug nuts loose so I can rotate my tires. I don’t need a high end expensive one ie Snap-on, just one for homeowner use, any one have a recommendation?

I just picked up an M12 Milwaukee Stubby, it'll surprise ya. They also have an extended life battery for it, along with an 18 volt version. Can't spill the beans on what I used it for at this time, but it was used pretty heavily breaking loose and tightening lug nuts, and some other high torque bolts/nuts.

No cheap impact is going to break & set lug nuts reliably. Get a good name-brand at least 18V.
In any case: get a torque limiter for setting the lugs, but don't use it for breaking them.

I have a M18 Milwaukee that has 1400 FT Pounds of removal Torque but they have the M12 stuff like Johnday mentioned and and a 750 FT/LB M18. I bought the Milwaukee since I have all my construction tools that use the same batteries but they are good stuff with a good warranty.

I got the 12V version, because like Siber, I already had the M12 system 1/4" Impact and drill/driver I got on a sale a couple years ago. The 18V would likely be what most would want.
The lower voltage has worked for what I've needed it for, but if I did it all over, the 18 would be my choice too.
