Ignition switch Problem I think?

Ignition switch Problem I think?
When I turn off my ignition my engine shuts off ,but my running lights stay on and the insturment lights come on Oil light ABS light Check Engine light and my Odometer turns to dashes. and my overhead Compass stays on. Does that sound like the Ignition switch? Has anyone had that problem?
