So, my next little project includes a 03-06 Expedition center console. I'm ditching the rear stereo and hvac controls. I am keeping the fold out cup holder and changing the power port to a dual usb port. So, what can I do with the space where the rear controls are?
inverter inside, nice plugs on the outside. leave the cig lighter port, and just put the usb next to the outlets. maybe a little cubby too, for extra charger cords
I have thought about a TV screen, but I will need to make a holder or case so it is tilted up and can be seen by the rear passengers. As it is it would be aimed directly at the seat bottom of the rear seat.
As far as the inverter. I'm not sure what I would use that for as may kids are grown and wouldn't be anyone playing video games or something like that.
