Update, Camper Shell is off! World of difference.
Thanks for all the advice. Took the Camper shell off today and it looks like a completely different truck. I'm not quite done yet. But im getting much, much closer to the finished product.

Camper shell off. Looks a ton better.
Take the camper top off, different wheels as well. Nothing really wrong with the Lariat aliminium wheels at all but they don't really stand out too well with the body color. Sticking with Ford wheels i'd bet the 18" FX4 or the 20" FX4 gun metal would look nice with the color and truck. Maybe PTM bumpers and grill also...hey man I like the FX4 look!
