Being 17 kills my job avalability. The restriction on me are retarded, legally I can't use a knife, ladder, load trash into a compactor, work on a grile or fryer and many many other things. I ignore as many if these laws as I can. I know some are for a good purpose, most are rediculous.

My boss just came back from somewhere in Russia where they have no labor laws. He met a cook over there who worked 16 hour shifts with a 10 min lunch break. So I am thankful for a few of these laws.

That's the shortest RN program I've never heard of, that changes things, your gonna have trouble cuz your gonna be competing with others with Bachelors degrees. Not to be rude but are you sure it's RN & not a LVN? Cuz it takes a lot longer than 2 years to be a RN

RN takes years of schooling and completion of nursing school. It has to be something like a nurses assistant for it to be a 2 year.

Check out Craigslist in the wanted section. There's always people wanting help moving or cleaning up stuff or whatever.If there is a scrap yard close to you look at advertising on CL that you'll take metal scrap for free then take it to the scrap yard for money. Use that truck to make money.

Ya some idiot somewhere climbed into a compactor and died so now I can't load trash. Just like the laws on kids driving undrr 18. I'm sorry for thei loss but their kid was out late one night and got in a wreck now if your under 18 your curfew is 12midnight-6am no driving at all. You also have to take a useless course on road safety because another kid was going to fast in the mountains when rainh and lost control and died. I should not be punished wcause he made the mistake, and it's a mistake even adults make.
