Hey I was wondering do I need hub rings?

To your question: some aftermarket rims that are universal fit may require make-specific hub rings to properly center the rim and are usually packaged with the rim brand new. It looks like you've got used rims so I would try a local tire shop to see if they have a compatible set of hub rings...

 

No they were brand new rims I took the cover off to look in side.

 

Raise truck until wheel is off ground, loosen lug nuts and check if you can move wheel around the hub (check for play). There should be none as the rim should be snug all around hub.
