Got my new 2018 F150 XLT yesterday. Getting used to all the bells & whistle compared to my 2009 Tacoma.

Same answer for Sync volume. Adjust while it's speaking.

This drove me nuts for days trying to figure it out. Through the manual numerous times and through the menu system over and over again. Then finally found the answer here on the forum - use the volume **** while the voice is speaking.

Ditto. I found out the hard way as well. Trying to figure it out and then finally tried it while the GPS was speaking and it worked. Just hit the volume up button on your steering wheel while your GPS is speaking.

Mine is Mute, I would rather hear the music or phone than every time something changes or a turn is coming up in half a mile
