I'm sure that being in Vancouver Canada won't help...

Have never ordered a vehicle, I always find one on the lot or they found what I want for me.

Most dealers will tell you 6-8 weeks and that is usually a pretty close estimate. However, mine only took 34 days.

I ordered the exact truck I wanted and my dealer went to NY the next day and picked it up for me. Took him about 10 minutes to find find an exact match to my build on Ford's site.
