Whats yalls honest opinion on my valance? Is it to much?

I like the valance a lot more than I like that plate placement...

It was a cheap harely look-a-like 80 bucks..thanks tho man. The license plate was temporary there. Now on my bottom valance grill. Took all these pics within the same week...

Liking the valance but ya something has to be done with the bug guard... maybe get a white or clear one and try that?
