Look at it this way. You are paying for the service up front. I had a company car a while back and was told the oil changes were included. Found out later they were included if you had and paid for the rest of the service according to the maintenance schedule (tune up, coolant flush, brake insp, tire rotation etc). But then I found out that the same service at another dealer was excactly less than the first dealership by the price of the oil change.
I never buy extended warranty for a vehicle. 99% of the time you never use it as you've sold the vehicle by then or had no warranty claims. Unless it's a major repair for a major component you'll have spent more for the warranty than you got out of it. Dealerships push them because it's pure profit and rarely get fully used. Save your thousands and risk spending hundreds later.
That's my 2 pesos

Only thing I would look at is extended warranty (ESP). It will help with the resale of the vehicle if you are looking at selling it within the warranty period.
I have the maintenance plan (FMPP) on my 2014 and will never buy it again. I didn't pay retail for the it, but will still barely break even at the end. Only bonus is that I have family ties to the the dealer and will get the brakes and anything else that is close maintenance-wise done at the end.
I will say though, that it is convenient to not have to pay for oil changes and get new wipers and air filter (evey 4 changes) with an oil change.
