i was thinking bout gettin a hi lift jack but what size would i need?

If you can afford it get the 60 inch. I have a similar product but it is only 48 inches. The extra foot can be very useful off road.

we have the 48". we have never really used it but it served my grandpa well on his 1983 jeep scrambler

With the proper accessories, yes. If you have a long way to winch you will grow a set of arms once you are done. If a picture is worth a thousand words how many do you get for a Video?

One thing they fail to show is what to do once you have pulled the vehicle the length of the jack and are still stuck. You secure the vehicle form rolling backwards or forward and reset the chains.
