High idle issue
I have a 01 4.6 and I've replaced the IAC, TPS PVC valve tested for leaks in the vacuum and no codes tripped but my truck continues to idle around 1200 to 1500 under braking and under speed other than changing the ECM I'm stumped

I would take another look for vacuum leaks to be sure.
Check your throttle plates to be sure they are closed and not deformed.
Did this just happen out of the blue?
