Default Hesitation needs to be GONE !

Be been trying and trying and trying to get this da-gum truck to run right, I got rid of the misfire by replacing the coil packs but now when I floor it at 40mph it hesitates for a second and I don't know what It is. Will someone tell me what to do or give me some helpful advice PLEASE ?!!!

Hesitation is usually caused by a poor state of tune. If you stomp on the gas at 40, your engine gulps in a sudden rush of air causing a "lean-out" condition & the ECM doesn't compensate fast enough for the engine speed at that moment. Do you get the same reaction at 60 mph? Hesitation can be caused by other things also. But before you spend lots of $$$ replacing parts, I would suggest checking the tuning.
