Default HELP w/ Tire Size for 20" Wheels

I know there is a lot of information/discussion regarding tire & wheel sizes, looking for a little help on fit and size for a 2015 Ford F150 4WD Platinum w/ Ecoboost 3.5L V6.

Considering the following with the idea of sticking around 33's for best ride/weight with the stock Platinum wheels:

1). BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2's: 275/65/20 (34" x 10.9" - 57lbs)

2). Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure: 285/60/20 (33.5" x 11.5" - 56lbs)

3). Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2: 275/65/20 (34" x 11" - 53lbs)

4). Nitto Terra Grappler G2: 295/60/20 (33.9" x 11.6" - ???lbs)

Sorry, Option 2 should have been 285/60/20...made the correction. Thanks!

I have option #1 on my 2015 XLT with a 2inch leveling kit and love them. They fill up the well nicely and don't rub at all.
