Today I looked under my 2016 f150 2.7 and noticed some fluids on this black box with the red vent? I’m unsure what the part is called and any help would be appreciated! Thank you!!

 

That's your radiator. The red is the drain plug. The line going into it is for oil. Its an oil cooler as well. Me thinks. Don't quote me on that.

Clean that up as best you can so you can find where the leak is coming from.
