Default Help identify

Hoping you guys can help me out. Im currently investigating an offense involving the vehicle pictured in the attachments. Iv'e had good luck in the past posting on forums, since the dealerships dont know much and you guys seem to know all the identifiers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Looking to see if we can narrow down the year/make and model based on the features (Side view mirrors, badge placement, roof lights, etc. Thanks in advance, and for those interested, I'll explain the details at the conclusion of my investigation. I can tell you the subject involved with this truck is costing everyone of us alot of money when it comes to improvements on your trucks. Ecspecially those driving for a living.

Looking at the squared out wheel opening makes me think Chevy or GMC.
Good luck with your investigation.

1st truck (flatdeck) is an '81-'87 Chev/GMC, 2nd truck is a '94-'04 S-10
