Default Help! Cant get my factory sub to work with afternarket radio

I just purchased an aftermarket radio with GPS and navigation which came with the harness cables which I plugged in same way I removed factory radio. Everything in this radio works however I can't get my factory subwoofer to work.

I am a newbie at this, first time I have ever tried connecting a stereo period, all to try to save 200 bucks as a last resort. If anyone has suggestions on what I might need to do, it be greatly appreciated.

Specs. Truck is a 2007 F150 supercrew FX4 which had a 6 disc mp3 player/changer with a factory subwoofer below left side rear passenger seat. Was told when I bought radio that it should be just a simple plug and play. All works but no sub activation

Does the factory Sub/Amp have RCA cables that need to also be connected?

I've only worked on a few factory systems I know more about aftermarket. I know u said it was plug and play but can u tell if your Amp is getting power. My next guess would be the remote wire for the amp is not fully connected it could have became loose during the install. It should be a blue wire. Any chance of getting a pic of the Sub and Amp?

Here are some pics of subwoofer, main wiring harness from truck, and provided wire harness from aftermarket radio. What is that silver box that I have inside dash?

Sorry it took so long to respond, but I finally got pics on computer
