I like B the best, but I would stop the black stripe at the front of the hood. Then continue the grill design all the way across.

A is my second choice. D is my my first choice, leaving it stock.

Paint the entire bumper black, leave the grille insert as is, and paint the remaining chrome part of the surround white to match the rest of the truck

 

Black billet grille would make it look sexy
