OKAY I HAVE 2 FORD TRUCKS ONE IS 2000 F-150 EXTRA CAB AND THE OTHER IS 2002 F-150 CREW CAB. BOTH VEHICLES IS DOWN BOTH OF THEM HAVE THE ANTI-THEFT LIGHT BLINKING. BOTH TRUCKS WON'T START, IT WILL CRANK BUT IT DOESNT START UP.
I TOKE MY 02 CREW CAB TO THE DEALERS AND THEY TOLD ME BEING THAT MY TRUCK WON'T START THEY CAN'T DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WTF THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PURCHASE A NEW PCM AT ABOUT A $1,000 BUT WE CANT GAURENTEE THAT IT IS GOING TO WORK (LAME)..... DO ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS STUPID PROBLEM. I GUESS THIS THERE WAY TO MAKE MONEY.................

 

Mine blinks theft but everything works, I read in the manual and it said because I used a key that wasn't a ford key, by that I meant it was a copy I had made. IT will try to start the engine but wont turn over with the copy, hope this helps

 

Your lucky the cops didn't show up if the anti-theft light is blinking! Wait mine is blinking to? HAHAHA! The light always blinks! Ford keys are chiped, are you useing the right key for the right truck! The same key will not start both trucks
