Well... with plastics i've gone through just about everything, but the most recent thing i've used that worked was the Gorilla Super Glue. Its not like the normal gorilla glue where it expands a bit. It dries how you put it on and it isnt brittle when it has completed setting.

Hah, yeah. This is the actual Gorilla Super Glue not the Gorilla Glue. The standard Gorilla Glue expands a bit. Yeah, its strong, but not what you're looking for. This is a different bottle.

If you are painting over it, try going for an epoxy. Gorilla superglue is a regular CA glue which has a low shear strength. Also depending on your paint, it may have acetone in it as a thinner which is a solvent for CA glue.

if you're painting them then just go to autozone and get some JB weld. it's stronger than steel when hard so you can just cover the seam then sand it down smooth and paint away.

I got the exact part you are looking for if you have a 2004-2008 scab. I had 1 that was broken so I had to buy a whole set to get that just one, so Im left with every window visor except the front passenger side one (the one i replaced). Let me know if your interested, we can figure out a deal for me to ship it out to you. Better than trying to mend a broken one.
