Question Help................

I washed the under the hood of my 2001 Ford F150 4.2L V6 on Sunday. And everything was fine until the next morning. The ABS light came on, the adj door light wouldn't work and the interior lights wouldn't work either. But I later found out that these problems only when I ignite the ignition. There is no problem when the key is at ON position. I checked all the fuses. They are good. I also checked the battery. It's good. Also my alternator seems too heat up after driving for a while. I notice that cause my battery gauge went up from 75% b4 the problem to 95%. Could anyone help? Thanks.
