I've had my 2007 f150 v8 4.6L since November and I love it. So far I've put a dual flowmaster exhaust, airaid cold air intake and a bully dog programmer into it and now I just want some suggestions on what else I should do to it. Thank you!

Yea I'll post some pix's and yea the bully dog is pretty dam good... It gives my baby that extra kick plus it saves me a little bit of gas
