Default Heater Blower Problem

The AC/heater blower in my 2003 F150 Super Crew will come on after I have turned the ignition off! While the truck is operating it runs normally, but once the ignition is turned off, the bower will continue to run. I first thought the climate control module might be the culprit and it does stop when I disconnect the plugs at the back of the module. I then moved to the blower itself. It stops of course when I disconnect the plug on the motor, but will immediately begin to run when the plug is re-connected. I noticed that the blower wiring appears to be coming out of a module under the dash near the blower. This module appears to have some sort of heat sink on the back of it.

Any ideas on how to tackle this problem? It figures that this problem would surface whent the temps are in the 20's!! Can't let the thing sit there running cause something is gonna burn out. Either the motor or the battery!
