Default Heated steering retrofit question

Long story short my new 2023 Lariat came in without Blue Cruise and the dealership agreed to order me a new truck. They also allowed me to keep the original truck until the second one came in. The second truck finally has a build date and the only option that will be left off from my original order is a heated steering wheel due to parts/chips availability. So here’s my question, would it be possible for the dealership to take off the heated steering wheel components on my first truck and add them to my second truck?

You actually received a '23 Lariat that came with functional heated steering wheel?
To your question though, unless the dealer is a personal friend, no way they are going to do that.
