Hello I have a 2016 f 150 Lariat and the front driver seat stopped heating and cooling, I ran a Forscan check and got two codes SCME One was B272C-20 and the other was B103C-20 The B272C Said Driver Differential Temperature Fault and the code B103C Said Thermoelectric Driver Open Load. Just trying to find out if that could be the module or possible something else. I also checked some other suggestions about the fuses and the burnt plug on the module, Those were all fine. Thanks

 

Most likely a broken heating element. Not unexpected after almost 10 years. You can pull the connector and check for continuity.
