I have a question about my heated cooled seats. I have a 2012/FX4/with heated/cooled seats. They were giving me grief last winter. Dealer said the duct was crushed so I had it replaced. That lasted a couple of months and the problem returned. Dealer says the ducts are crushed again. I’m just over 200 lbs so I don’t think that should be happening. Dealer wants over $600 to fix it and that claim to have no record of doing it last year. Not impressed with the dealer but that’s a different story. My question is this. Are there updated ducts and cushions that are stronger? If so, does anyone know the part numbers? Also I’m in Canada, anyone know where I can get the parts. Thanks
