heads up... flaking bulb

Default heads up... flaking bulb

hi guys,
i dont know if only my truck come with this bulbs or the previous owner replaced them.... but they are flaking away even when still working.... time to replace those and vacuum the headlight with an small hose and all that... those bulbs are part 3157

I had an '02 Escort ZX2 that one of the bulbs did that.

Must be common, on Fords.

I will say this, I only replaced one burned out bulb (and the flaking one) in the 8 years and 102xxx miles.

the bulb in the car were a sylvannia.... and the one i found in the store was sylvannia as well... anyway, i replaced both, they were in the same condition
