Default Headrest height

So I can't seem to find a comfortable height to leave my headrest in. maybe it's my height (6') but it just seems weird. I like the seat pretty far upright and that puts the headrest so that it's pushing my head forward feeling like my chin is being pushed down toward my chest. Right now it's up as high as it'll go. Any lower makes it even worse. Are there any options? Can the passenger and driver side be switched and turned around? Seems weird to have the top of the headrest having such a forward angle to it. What am I missing?

You know you can adjust the angle on the headrest right? Just push it forward from front to back and you will feel it clicking throught the various positions. Once you push it too far forward it will release and go back to it's most upright position. It took me a while to figure that out on my truck. Maybe if I had read the manual?

Nope, not mine. They're fixed right where they are, and at a sharp angle. Why, I have no clue, but the only adjustment is in height. I can turn it backwards, but then it doesn't do its job in the event of getting hit from behind. WEIRD!
