So in a few months we'll be moving back to Seattle WA from Northern MI. When we came out here, I pulled a '66 VW Beetle (since sold) on a U-Haul car hauler. Going back, I plan on doing the same this time pulling the wife's car, a Hyundai Sonata. Now since a Hyundai Sonata is a good bit heavier than a '66 Beetle, I thought I might try to get some towing tips. Last time, as suggested by the local Ford dealer, I drove with the overdrive off. Any other thoughts or words of wisdom?

Make sure you have a trailer with brakes, and a controller in the truck, other than thet you should be fine.

Don't forget your gas card!
