Default Headers Question...

I'm looking for some new headers for my truck 01 F150 5.4L. Since I know nothing about headers, I don't know where to start looking... What makes a good header? Anyone have good sucess from a certain manufacturer...

I put a set of Gibson Shorty's on, chrome. They are High Flow. I really noticed the torque and low end power that came with the add-on. This was put on my 4.6L. It was a breeze of an install except for removing/reattaching the starter. Not sure how hard of an install or performance gain you get from Long headers. Good luck!
