Default headers

I have a 2003 FX4 with the 4.6L triton and ive been thinking of putting a set of headers on because i plan on redoing the exhaust system as well, and all ive been able to find are shorty headers for a premium price, does anyone know a good brand of headers that are full length that would fit on 03 4.6L?..that are also ceramic coated
Thanks

Have you googled?? That's how I found the options I have for my 4.6 2006. There were several options, shortys and LT's.

Default Have a Header:

Here are a few for your consideration:

Don't forget to install a crossover pipe behind the cats.

Most shorty headers will bolt right up to your exhaust pipe, while long tubes require you to modify your exhaust pipe to fit.

Can you please educate me on the pros & cons of "headers"? eg. HP gain, MPG, Torque gain etc.
Thanks

Thanks
Pros:
- headers look cool
- your exhaust will sound louder, throatier
- can be had in various finishes
- less restrictive than manifolds, increasing horsepower and torque
- by selecting different size tubes (primaries), and lengths you can taylor your exhaust to lean more towards higher torque or higher horsepower
- can be bought as a direct replacement, requiring no modifications to your exhaust pipes

Cons:
-can be a real pain to install in newer vehicles
-some brands can be real pricey
-header bolts at head may back out over time, locking fastners recomended
-not a huge selection for certain vehicles

Good choice I had some of them on my old Stang and they made the most improvment of all the bolt-ons I added.
