I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was holding off because I had heard three years ago at the Cleveland Car show they were talking about it. I asked this year if there has been anymore talk about dropping a diesel in the f150s. I was told no and so I bought one.

I hear ya. I just wish the new Super Duty trucks were not so ugly. I really do not care for the grill or the placement of the head lights.

New legislation has past to make it a requirement for all auto makers to produce vehicle with an average of 35 MPG by 2020.
That's putting a lot of pressure on the manufacterers and I think we will be seeing a lot of changes in the power-trains for the several years.
2020 is only 13 years away and the auto makers will be hard pressed to acheive higher standards.
