Default Halo Projector Headlights

I am deciding on whether or not to get Halo Projector Headlights or HID's.
What are your opinions?

You just started a heated arguement LOL. This is strictly an opinion-type question... I personally like HIDs a lot better. I hate the 'projector cutoff' of light... others will argue that HIDs send out some crazy glare. It's all personal preference

I like the look of the Halo. I have never seen the HID's in the day light at least. What I am going for is both look and practicality. I have read articles that the Halo's are not the safest lights so... I want the opinions of those with hands on experience. So argue away.

I've never had halos, but I had factory projectors in my 2011 Sonata, and I hated them. To me, that light cutoff is pretty dangerous...

HID's are a type of bulb....

Projectors are a type of enclosure or housing for a bulb

Halo's are irrelevant to anything for the most part and are completely for aesthetics.

OP, you are asking a question like 'Should i go with a lamp, or a florescent bulb?'

It doesn't make sense...they're not mutually exclusive.

What do you need to see above the cutoff? What is up in the sky that will impact how you are going to pilot the vehicle?

The answer is nothing. There is absolutely nothing dangerous about a projector cutoff.

Dangerous is the people behind the wheel of most vehicles.

Why? Some prefer projectors. Some prefer HIDs. Some prefer both. And some prefer stock. Which of these options is best? Depends on what you think is best.

There are reasons that have been laid out in multiple threads as to why HID's in stock reflectors designed for Halogen light sources are a very bad idea.

Just because people 'prefer' something a certain way, doesn't mean it's the right way to do it. I prefer not to stop at stop signs...should i just be able to do so because that's my personal preference?

I won't waste my time laying them out again, because no one seems to care to educate themselves.
