Grinding noise

Default Grinding noise
I have a 2001 5.4 that is making a grinding noise up front by the valve cover/ cam timing chain area. If I remove the serpentine belt it doesn't make the noise. I've checked the pulleys and can't find any indication of a bad Pulley. It sounds like a bearing or timing chain but as I said it won't make noise if the belt is off.
