Grill Surgery....
Being that low on the grille that free hangs from the top the whole assembly will wobble every little bump you hit, I would have mounted them as high up closer to the hood to minimize the wobble.
On the top row, the light bar was hitting the hood latch. The middle has the ford logo.

I went to Lowes and purchased some barstock. It varies from an eighth of an inch thick to a quarter inch thick. Not sure which one ill use.
I plan on installing this piece of barstock going from side to side directly in front of the radiator but more so on top of the intercooler. If you look in the pictures you will see a little black nipple there is one on each side and it looks like it stops the grill when you close the hood from slamming into the engine.
I plan on taking out the top screw that is securing this black nipple to the truck and replacing it with a bolt going directly through the barstock and into the nipple.
I will then mount the LED light to the barstock.
I do have to weld a couple of "ears"
On the barstock to bring the mounting point more forward towards the front of the grill.
I'll take more pictures tomorrow as all of this progresses.
The bar stock is too long now. I have to chop off about 4". That's why it's crooked in the pic.

Well I got duped into believing something was metal when it is indeed plastic lol.
The little support mounts that I was talking about with the black nipple and that I was going to mount the stock a bar to is plastic. I just left a welding place that does fabrication and he told me if you go to put a bolt through that plastic and tightening it down, chances are it's going to crack.
So back to the Flippin drawing board

Ok, so the light will mount to the grill as pictured above. The (2) braces for the grill will be reinforced to make it more rigid.
I will also be placing some aluminum straps to help secure and make a more solid platform for the light. The straps will go from the light to the grill braces.

I was thinking that you could use some heavy foam rubber blocks or something for the edge of the grille to seat down on when closing the hood, that would take care of any shake or wobble, just have to cut them to fit.
