Can anyone tell me, could I replace the two areas (pointed to in red) in my '11 XLT grill with chrome ones that slip over the present ones? Or do I have to cut out those and insert new ones? Can I even buy new chrome ones for just those two areas?

I have googled this and have not been able to get a clear understanding of just what is available to me in this regard.
