Thanks for the reply. Basically the truck has all what I need. Most features of my current XLT/302A I do not use, except the navigation.
I want to stay under $400/month with a lease and considering what this truck has for $269, I am interested.
What the sales price or discount is, I do not really care. All I want to know is what the monthly lease payment is and what I get for that payment. And yes, the lower the due at signing, the better.

Average trade-in for a 2017 with 36,000 miles is about $23000. Lease payments at $269 IS $9684. $23000 + $9684 = $32,600. So, either the residual value is extremely high or you are paying too much for the truck. It is likely the dealer has a lot of additional money under the table especially given that it is a select inventory item (i.e. either on the lot forever or a hard configuration to sell).

Very nicely equipped, no doubt, but I was finding 2.7 XLT SCrews a few weeks back for sub-$30K. Yeah, 4x4 adds a smidge, but I don’t see how that shouldn’t be <$30k out the door. ‘20s are out now, right? Remind them of that.
Called the dealer today. The discounts to not apply to me as I am in a different zip code. Huh.
My lease ends mid March. I leased it for 10,500 miles/yr. The truck has now less than 19K miles on it. The residual value at lease end is $27,400. Based on 31,500 miles.
So the truck has quite a bit more value. I will use that to negotiate a new lease, or I will buy the truck.
