Default A good deal?

So, I'm currently in a Tremor, and not overly happy with it. On top of the fact that it's a turd, I've come to realize in my current situation I actually need a back seat of some kind. Don't necessarily need a crew cab, just a back seat.

I've been looking around, and came across this. It's a 13 FX2 with the FX plus package, cloth seats, back up cam, sensors, I assume the standard CD player with sync (don't think it has the touch screen, I assume the back up cam is in the mirror), sliding rear window. It has the 18" wheels, and no HID. 51k miles (I've got 40k on my tremor), looks clean online (I'll obviously look it over before I do anything). They're asking $23k for it. Here is the listing for it. Opinions on price?

Without knowing anything about your local market, I'd say it's a touch on the high side, but the truck itself looks good.

As a point of reference, I paid $31,500 last year for a CPO 2014 FX-4 supercrew with 34,000 miles, and I'm sure others have gotten better deals than that... I'd want to be in the $21k - $21,500 range on that truck most likely.
