Will this work with my 08 STX? Or is the 07-08 diff from the 04-06? This is a cluster from an 05 FX4. I know the swap is possible just curious if all the years are the same.

 

It should, lariat people have problems with this swap, but thats because the lariat has digital thermostat, the FX4 doesnt (i think)

 

Yea i knew about that. and the LARIAT has the buttons next to the wheel that the others dont that controlls the little info area and stuff.

 

Yeah, ur compass and outside temp wont work, but that should not cause you any problems. SO i would say go for it. I looked for an Fx cluster for a long time when I had my stx, finally gave up and just Bought the whole truck lol
